Design, production and delivery timing
Timing begins once the required artwork, approval and personalisation data are complete. Your project page shows the current customer action, and we send email plus optional SMS prompts so approvals and missing files do not vanish into a committee inbox. Delivery timing is confirmed for the destination and order size before production.

Who collects orders and payments?
Members personalise and pay for their tags directly on your organisation’s ordering page. The coordinator does not need to collect everyone’s payment.
How do we share the fundraiser?
When the order page is published, the launch email provides its link, a QR code and the fundraising coupon, with sharing instructions for newsletters and your group.
How much can our organisation earn?
