Design, production and delivery timing
Timing begins once the required artwork, approval and personalisation data are complete. Your project page shows the current customer action, and we send email plus optional SMS prompts so approvals and missing files do not vanish into a committee inbox. Delivery timing is confirmed for the destination and order size before production.
Frequently asked questions
How many tags can I order?
Our instant bulk calculator covers orders from 50 to 10,000 tags. For smaller groups, our Group Sets are available in quantities of 10, 20 or 30 tags.
Fundraising and traveller-pays programs work differently: your organisation does not need to purchase the full quantity upfront, as members, supporters or travellers place and pay for their own orders. For more than 10,000 tags, contact us so we can confirm the production schedule and freight arrangements.
How long will it take to receive our tags?
Timing depends on the size and complexity of your order and how quickly the setup steps are completed. We can schedule production once the artwork has been approved, the personalisation spreadsheet and any photos have been supplied and checked, and payment has been received.
As a guide, standard bulk orders are normally printed, packed and dispatched within 7–10 business days after those steps are complete. Very large, complex or photo-heavy orders may require additional time. Tell us about any fixed event, tour or season-start date when you begin, and we will confirm the achievable schedule before production.
Can we order more tags later?
Yes. Your approved design and project details can be reused for top-up orders, new members, replacement tags or the next season’s order. You will only need to provide the new or changed personalisation details.
The price and timing of the additional order will be based on the quantity being reordered. Where you opt in, we can also remind you before your next season, tour or recurring order so the tags do not return to the committee agenda at the last possible moment.
What is a silicone worm loop?
A silicone worm loop is a flexible, lightweight attachment used to secure the tag to a bag. The loop passes through the hole in the tag and around the bag strap; the tag is then passed through the loop and pulled firmly into place. No tools or advanced knot-tying qualifications are required.
Silicone loops work well for everyday school, sports and travel bags. A heavy-duty stainless-steel loop is also available for bags that receive rougher treatment. Despite the name, no worms are involved.
How can we pay for our order?
When your project reaches the payment stage, we will provide a secure online payment link. You can pay using a major debit or credit card, including Visa and Mastercard, or through PayPal. All website prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
For an organiser-managed bulk order, the club, school, business or organiser makes one consolidated payment. In fundraising and traveller-pays programs, individual customers pay for their own orders through the dedicated program page.
Can you send us an invoice to pay?
Yes. If your organisation requires a tax invoice or purchase-order process rather than online card or PayPal payment, let us know before the payment stage.
Please provide the organisation’s legal name, billing address, accounts email address and any purchase-order number that must appear on the invoice. Unless credit terms have been agreed with us in advance, production will begin once payment has been received.
How do we change our delivery address?
You can enter or update the delivery address during checkout. You can also update the saved address in your Just Bag Tags account before placing the order.
If the order has already been submitted, contact us immediately and include your project or order number. Changing the address in your account does not automatically change an order that has already been placed. We can normally update the address until the parcel has been prepared for dispatch.
Can we supply our own design?
Yes. During the guided setup, you can upload completed artwork or provide your logo, colours and design instructions for us to work with. Upload the best-quality files you have; we will let you know if a different or higher-resolution file is required.
We prepare a proof showing how the design and personalisation will appear on the finished tag. Nothing moves into production until that proof has been approved. Where individual player or member photos are included, they must be supplied as correctly named, transparent-background PNG files matching the filenames in your personalisation spreadsheet.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Standard tracked delivery within Australia normally takes 2–6 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, very large consignments and international deliveries may take longer.
Tracking details are sent when the order is dispatched. Delivery time is separate from the artwork, approval and production time, and the delivery method for larger bulk projects will be confirmed before production begins
What warranty do the tags have?
Our tags are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Contact us with your order or project number and details of the affected tags. We may ask for photographs or for the affected products to be returned so we can assess the issue. Where the tags are defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Loss or damage caused by misuse is not a manufacturing defect.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Is express delivery available?
Express delivery may be available, depending on the order quantity, destination and current production capacity. Tell us your required delivery date when you start the project so we can confirm what is achievable and advise any additional cost.
Express delivery shortens the time the parcel spends in transit after dispatch. It does not bypass artwork preparation, proof approval, personalisation-data checking or production. Where an order is urgent, we need to consider both the production schedule and the delivery service—not simply put a faster sticker on the parcel and hope for the best.
