Prefer travellers to order and pay directly?

Set up a tour-specific ordering page instead. Travellers place their own WooCommerce orders, tags ship to them and your agency receives the selected rebate.

Change either amount to recalculate the other. The agency rebate is $1–$5; at least $13.95 including GST remains for each tag.

  5. Complete the WooCommerce payment step when requested.
  6. We produce and dispatch the tags using the approved project data.

Design, production and delivery timing

Timing begins once the required artwork, approval and personalisation data are complete. Your project page shows the current customer action, and we send email plus optional SMS prompts so approvals and missing files do not vanish into a committee inbox. Delivery timing is confirmed for the destination and order size before production.
