Where do I enter Discount / Promo Codes?

If you have a discount or promotional code you can enter it at the checkout. Simply go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Check out’ then you will see the option “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”. Simply enter your discount code and the discount will be applied automatically.

You can also apply a discount (coupon code) from your basket. Below each item in your basket you will see a ‘coupon code’ field and a blue apply coupon button.

If your coupon/promo code is not working please contact us.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Paypal payments.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address go to My Account and you will see ‘shipping address’, click the blue ‘edit’ link to add a new shipping address. If you have recently placed an order and need to change your shipping address please also contact us to let us know you have changed your address.

I made a mistake – How can I change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after submitting your order if you realise you have made a mistake.

I want to order the same tag again – where do I find this?

Click on My Account. You will then see a section called ‘order history’. Click ‘order history’, scroll down until you find the tag you wish to purchase again and click on the tag. It will load up the order and give you the option to ‘purchase again’.

Where is my order?

Printing and shipping takes approx 7-10 days within Australia. If it has been longer than this and you have not received your bag tags please contact us so we can investigate.

Can I upload my own design?

This feature will soon be added to the online store. In the meantime, if you would like to print a custom designed tag please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Once you have placed and paid for your order it will be printed, packed and posted to you within 7-10 business days within Australia. For international delivery times please contact us.

Can I get express shipping?

If you need your bag tag faster than our standard shipping time we can arrange express printing & shipping. Please contact us for more information.
